Best Rides In Calgary
Spring has officially arrived and with it a serious bike riding itch that will need to be scratched :) With travel still being discouraged/restricted, why not consider ‘expanding your horizons’ a little closer to home by exploring these routes we’ve curated for you?
The Best Of Calgary Collection has a little something for everyone and include a few of our absolute favorite rides - truly the best rides in Calgary. Utilizing mostly pathways that are part of Calgary’s ‘Longest in North America’ pathway system, these rides will take you into beautiful places in Calgary and maybe even help you make a deeper connection to our amazing city.
(For those looking for more gravel-focused routes, have a look at our summer challenge starting May 1st - ‘The RAWK’. You might even win prizes!
These self-guided routes are primarily based on Calgary's longest-in-North-America off-street pathway network. If you are new to cycling and exploring Calgary this is the ride order we’d recommend to build your confidence, wayfinding ability, and fitness:
