Downtown To Around The Reservoir 45km
Starting at BikeBike in Inglewood and following the Elbow River MUP up to the source of Calgary's drinking water, this route rolls through beautiful neighbourhoods eventually leading you over the Glenmore Dam and around the reservoir, returning back to BikeBike.
Food and drink available on 4 St SW/Elbow Drive (Mission District). There is also a cafe at Heritage Park. Washrooms are available in various locations around the reservoir.
A true Calgary classic.
Note: The pathway through the Weaselhead area (west side of the reservoir) is not winter maintained and can be snowy and icy November - April.
